Shape of the week : Rectangle

Learning by doing :

• We are going to learn about and make penguins today.
• Coach Teri will be here to exercise with us at the end of the day.
• We are also going to start getting ready for Valentine’s Day by making our Valentine mail bags that we will use on our party day.
• We are excited for Gloria Miller to be here to teach the children about dental health.
• We are going to finish the week by making a very special Valentine card.
• Our workbench will remain out for the children to build, paint, and create.  The children have dazzled us with their creations.

Letter of the week : O

Learning by doing:

• Since we are focusing on the letter “O” this week, we are all going to help make an ocean to hang on the wall.
• We are also going to learn about and make penguins today.
• Coach Teri will be here to exercise with us at the end of the day.
• On Wednesday, we are going to start getting ready for Valentine’s Day by making our Valentine mail bags that we will us on our party day.
• We are excited for Gloria Miller to be here Wednesday to teach the children about dental health.
• We are going to finish the week by making a very special Valentine card.
• Our workbench will remain out for the children to build, paint, and create.  We have seen everything from rockets to baby rattles and everything in between!!!
